By accessing or using the KidsTalentDiscovery website (https://kidstalentdiscovery.com) or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users including parents, guardians, and educators who access the platform.
2. Service description
KidsTalentDiscovery provides an AI-powered talent assessment for children aged 8–13. The assessment consists of 45 age-appropriate questions across five intelligence zones. Upon completion and payment, a personalised Talent Profile report is delivered to the parent's email address.
The assessment is a tool for self-discovery and parental insight — it is not a clinical psychological evaluation, a medical diagnosis, or a school placement test.
3. Eligibility
The assessment is designed for children aged 8–13 years. A parent or legal guardian must initiate and oversee the assessment. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have parental or legal authority over the child being assessed.
4. Payment and pricing
The assessment is priced at ₹99 (inclusive of all taxes). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, and Net Banking.
Payment is required before the child can begin the assessment. No partial access is granted without a completed payment.
5. Refund policy
We offer a
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your child's Talent Profile report for any reason, email us at
support@kidstalentdiscovery.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the assessment questions, report templates, visual design, and brand elements — is owned by Play Inborn and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written permission.
7. Use of AI-generated content
The Talent Profile report is generated using an AI language model (Anthropic Claude). While we have carefully designed the prompts and review the output format, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or generalisations.
The report should be used as a starting point for conversation with your child — not as a definitive or absolute assessment of their abilities. We recommend combining it with observation, activities, and professional guidance where needed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Play Inborn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on the Talent Profile report.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (₹99).
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
