Email address — provided when you begin the assessment. Used to send the OTP and deliver your child's Talent Profile report.
Child's name and age group — entered during the assessment profile step. Used only to personalise the Talent Profile report.
Assessment responses — answers your child gives during the 45-question assessment. These are stored securely and used to generate the AI report.
Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI handles, or any payment credentials.
Usage data — anonymous page-view data collected via standard server logs. No third-party trackers are used.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
Authenticate your identity via OTP before starting the assessment
Generate and deliver your child's personalised Talent Profile report
Respond to support requests and refund claims
Improve the quality and accuracy of our assessment over time (aggregate and anonymised only)
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with schools or institutions without your explicit consent.
4. Data storage and security
Assessment data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted within the European Union. All connections are encrypted with TLS. Payment transactions are secured by Razorpay and governed by their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
We retain your data for up to 24 months after your assessment. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@kidstalentdiscovery.com.
5. Children's data
Our assessment involves data about children aged 8–13. We collect only the minimum necessary: the child's first name and age group. We do not collect a child's email address, phone number, photograph, or government ID.
We process this data under the authority of the parent or guardian who initiates the assessment. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data about a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
6. Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state during the assessment. This cookie expires when you close your browser or complete the assessment.
7. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
Razorpay — payment processing (governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy)
Supabase — database hosting
Anthropic Claude API — AI report generation (inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models under our API agreement)
Resend — transactional email delivery for OTP and report emails
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Object to processing for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
